This page describes what the system actually does today. The binding wording must be drafted and approved by qualified Luxembourg counsel before this platform accepts money. Nothing here is a legal term.
What this platform is
A place to invest in units of a vehicle that owns income-producing European property. You are not buying a building directly, and you are not lending to one. What your units entitle you to is set out in the offering documents for each investment — not by this site.
What it is not
- Not investment advice. Nothing here is a recommendation, and no one here is a licensed adviser.
- Not a bank or a deposit. Your money is not protected by a deposit guarantee scheme.
- Not liquid. There is no market to sell into, and there is no promise that a transfer will be possible.
Complaints
You can make a complaint from the help page. Complaints are recorded separately from ordinary questions and carry a response deadline.
Still to be settled by counsel
The governing law, the regulated entity providing the service, the investment vehicle's legal form, investor eligibility, cross-border distribution, and the binding contractual terms. None of those are decided, and none of them can be written here.
